Atlantic Ocean – Discography 1993-2026

Originally released as a 12-inch single, Waterfall by Atlantic Ocean is one of those defining tracks that sits squarely at the crossroads of early '90s trance, progressive house and the vibrant European and UK club culture of the era. Produced in 1993 by Dutch electronic duo Lex van Coeverden and René van der Weyde, who had previously collaborated under various aliases including Pegasus, the track quickly became a dancefloor classic. Waterfall climbed the charts across Europe, reaching #2 in the Netherlands, and made a strong impact in the UK where it peaked at #22 in 1994. A fresh set of remixes revived the single in 1996, pushing it back into the UK charts at #21, cementing it's status as a long-lasting club anthem. Atlantic Ocean - Discography 1993-2026 captures the duo's most productive creative period and brings together their essential works. The collection features standout vocal performances by Farida Merville on Body In Motion and Music Is A Passion, alongside key tracks such as Lorelei, Trance-Atlantis, The Cycle Of Life (Klubbheads Mix), A Friday Night At Studio 54, Music Is A Passion (Tall Paul No Sweetners Mix) and Waterfall 2009 (2 Slow 2 Lounge Mix). Also included are the original 1993 version of Waterfall and a brand-new 2026 club reimagining titled Echoes From The 90s (Waterfall) by Desmond & Summum feat.
