Bim Skala Bim – Best Of Bim Vol 1 (1980's)

Bim Skala Bim's 'Boston Blue Beat' sound is a mix of upbeat 2 tone ska, alt-rock, calypso and reggae - and the key to their signature sound is an unchanged line up since formation in 1983. In 2021, they treated fans to a brand new album entitled 'Sonic Tonic', proving once again why they are one of America's premier bands who kickstarted ska's third wave. The new album sparked interest in their back catalog, and over the past few years original copies of their first three albums have become increasingly hard to find. To ensure that new vinyl fans have access to these stone cold classics, Jump Up Records has embarked on a three volume 'Best of Bim' series - the first volume released to coincide with their 2025 European tour. Volume 1 features sixteen songs recorded in the 1980's, released on their first three albums 'Boston Bluebeat', 'Tuba City', and 'How's It Going'.Orange vinyl limited to 350 copies.Tracklisting:Side A: 1.
