In 2026, 40 years after that legendary Budokan performance, Tatsuya Sakamoto, who worked on the mixing and mastering engineering for numerous Boøwy albums, has newly remastered both the 1986 original release and the 2012 NAKED edition. The performance from that unforgettable night returns with an even higher-quality, state-of-the-art remastering. 'GIGS' JUST A HERO TOUR 1986 NAKED is also being released on vinyl for the first time. The 3LP edition includes the 1986 original 'GIGS' JUST A HERO TOUR 1986 (12 tracks) on one LP, and the 2012 'GIGS' JUST A HERO TOUR 1986 NAKED (19 tracks) across two LPs.
