ToneQuest Magazine proclaims . another stellar Campilongo record from the fertile mind of Jim Campilongo. How does he do it? Damned if we know. " Guitar Radio Show describes "Live at Rockwood" ". Jim Campilongo is the Picasso of the Telecaster. " "Live at Rockwood" is a compilation of cherry picked performances spanning a year from Campilongo's critically acclaimed Rockwood New York residency. Featuring guitarist Nels Cline (Wilco) on two tracks and Josh Dion serving up a haunting vocal performance on "Here I Am" this record captures the nuance and unabashed musicality found when musicians play in front of an audience in a late night NYC club setting. Vintage Guitar Magazine writes ". there's no doubt Campilongo's playing is a treasure. The live format of this record is the perfect way for his capabilities and uniqueness to be displayed. " Mastered for vinyl by the great Greg Calbi."
