Case – Open Letter

Double vinyl LP pressing. Case released his third studio album, Open Letter, on Def Jam in 2001. The album continues his smooth, mid-tempo R&B style, focusing heavily on love, heartbreak, commitment, and emotional reflection - framed as if Case is speaking directly to a partner through a personal letter. Musically, Open Letter blends contemporary R&B, soul, and soft hip-hop influences, with polished production typical of early-2000s R&B. Gold-certified, it features the hit, Missing You, which reached #4 on the Hot 100.
