Deliverance – As Above So Below

Limited to 200 copies on Blitzkrieg Blue Vinyl with a 12x12 full-color insert and an all-new write-up from vocalist Jimmy Brown, As Above - So Below is a must-have for collectors and fans alike. This iconic 13th album from Deliverance-originally released to universal acclaim-has been mastered for vinyl by Rob Colwell (King's X, Galactic Cowboys, Nevermore) and is finally available in a format worthy of it's massive sound and legendary status.Since their thrashing 1989 debut, Deliverance has set the gold standard in heavy metal, earning a place among the most innovative and distinguished bands in the genre. Known for their groundbreaking video Weapons of Our Warfare" (the first Christian metal video to air on Headbanger's Ball) and their seamless transition from thrash to progressive metal in the mid-90s, Deliverance has built a career defined by commercial success, critical acclaim, and a relentless commitment to musical brilliance. As Above - So Below was the band's first new album in over a decade, and Jimmy Brown poured his heart and soul into creating what many consider one of the heaviest Deliverance record to date. The album alternates between moments of sheer beauty and spine-crushing brutality, blending epic thrash/speed metal with the elegance of progressive metal. From the haunting, Omen-inspired opening track to thunderous riffs reminiscent of Slayer and early Believer, this is Deliverance at their most powerful.Whether you're a longtime fan or discovering them for the first time, this vinyl edition of As Above - So Below delivers a masterpiece that transcends expectations. For fans of Metallica, Megadeth, Queensrÿche, Sacred Warrior, and Anthrax."
