Various Artists – Elders of the Begena: The Harp of David in Ethiopia (Various Artists)

The Begena is one of those rare musical instruments of the world that has survived for more than 5800 years. What is fascinating about it is not only it's age but the fact that both it's manufacture and the purpose for which it is being played have never changed during all these years.
