Sobre este disco
Vinilo de George Jenkins: «Drum Magic» (City Hall (Generic) · 2008 · LP).
Drummer George Jenkins, Plas Johnson on tenor, pianist Ray Johnson, and bassist Duke Harris featuring music bridging the gap between swing, early R&B, and the beginnings of rock & roll. The performances are melodic, spirited, and full of feeling, particularly on such numbers as Caravan, Cottontail, Drum Boogie and Last Call.
