Marc Amacher – Overdrive

OVERDRIVE is not a retro blues album. It's a statement. Eleven tracks moving between earthy blues, modern rock and uncompromising attitude - like an amp pushed right to the edge. Recorded raw, driven by real performance and pressure. From the opener Hell Yeah (Here I Am)" to the closing "Ain't the Man", the album follows a clear line: no excuses, no masks - movement as an answer, not an escape. "Streets Are Golden" speaks to those who fall and keep going, while "Cash Smash Boogie" cuts through the myth of money with groove and irony.A key moment is the duet "You Can't Beat Time" - two voices in tension, no romance. One truth remains: time doesn't play. It wins.OVERDRIVE isn't nostalgia. It's the present - built with pressure and grit, shaped in real time on the street of life"
