Mateus Moura – A Imitacao Do Vento

A Imitação do Vento is the newest solo album by Brazilian singer-songwriter Mateus Moura, an artist born in Rio de Janeiro and raised in Pará, in the North of Brazil. Drawing from the rich musical traditions of the Amazon and northeastern Brazil, the record blends contemporary songwriting with acoustic textures, subtle electronics, and lyrical storytelling rooted in nature and memory. Across 12 beautifully arranged tracks, Mateus navigates rhythms from baião to waltz and MPB, with intimate performances that capture both poetic depth and melodic warmth. Whether for fans of folk, world music, or independent singer-songwriters, A Imitação do Vento delivers a compelling, immersive listening experience.
